With the creation of MWBE Unite, an outgrowth of JRT Realty Group, the firm she founded in 1996, she is now bringing to the industry a much-needed platform to close CRE supplier and workforce diversity gaps and create accessible opportunities for Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) and talented CRE individuals. Furthering her goal of creating career-building pathways and generational growth, MWBE Unite offers one-stop shop credentialed expertise across services that cover the greatest challenges currently faced by the real estate industry, particularly those that pertain to achieving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) goals.

As the Founder and CEO of JRT, she established the firm as a woman-owned, full-service commercial real estate services firm to address industry-wide supplier diversity initiatives, long before ESG and DEI were common in business. Today, JRT Realty is recognized as the nation’s largest certified woman-owned commercial real estate services firm and is certified by several distinguished entities - both nationally and locally. She has overseen JRT’s services to an impressive list of city, state and global entities including the United Nations, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York; State University of New York; Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Ms. Pulice also served on New York City Mayor Eric Adams' Transition Committee.

She holds a degree from Wagner College and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Diversity Committee and Commercial Board of Directors; the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council; Women Presidents’ Organization; and National Minority Business Council.
